Through special relationships built over the decades of his culinary career with both East Coast and West Coast purveyors and farmers, Chef Cal has created one of the the freshest and most unique oyster programs you can find anywhere across the U.S. and stationed it in the heart of downtown Boise, Idaho (as the most pleasant/delectable surprise). Boasting 5-10 oyster varieties each day, all of Little Pearl’s raw bar offerings are shipped live daily and handled with great care. We invite oyster lovers, oyster connoisseurs, and oyster virgins alike to come and experience these beautiful treasures of the sea.
