A passion project from husband-wife team Cal and Ashley Elliott, Little Pearl Oyster Bar is Idaho’s first oyster bar, where coastlines of the East and West meet in an intimate setting right in the heart of downtown Boise.

Seasonally-driven and oyster-helmed, Little Pearl is a bistro at heart; small in size but big in inspiration with a focus on fresh seafood and refined comfort food, all finessed by classic French technique.
